Silly Goose Quilting offers edge-to-edge longarm quilting, completed on a Bernina Q24 machine with Q-matic automation for precise, consistent stitching. This means one continuous design is quilted across the entire quilt top for a cohesive, polished finish.

$0.025 per square inch
Minimum charge: $75
Example:
A 60" × 80" quilt = 4,800 sq in
4,800 × $0.025 = $120
No deposits required—send your quilt when you're ready.
Thread:
Thread is included in the quilting cost
You can choose your thread color, or I’m happy to select one that complements your quilt
Batting:
Provide your own batting (must be quilting quality), OR
You can purchase batting through Silly Goose Quilting
Hobbs 80/20 Cotton/Poly Blend:
$0.35 per linear inch
*6% PA sales tax (batting only)*
Batting will be cut to size with the proper margins for quilting
Binding services are coming soon. Options will include machine-finished binding for a clean, durable edge.

Local clients: Drop-offs are welcome - link to schedule drop off will be included in email confirmation after booking
Mail-in clients: I’m happy to work with quilters within the United States. International clients reach out before booking your quilt.
Place your quilt top, backing, and any batting in a protective bag
Pack everything in a sturdy, well-sealed box
Include your name and contact information inside the package
Tracking is strongly recommended
To ensure your quilt arrives safely and ready for stitching:
Return shipping:
Quilts are shipped back with tracking using the most economical option typically includes $100 insurance
Additional insurance available upon request
Turnaround Time:
Standard turnaround: approximately 4 weeks from the date your quilt is received
Priority Quilting (+$60):
15-day turnaround from the date your quilt is received
Not available between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day
Payment:
Payment is due upon completion
Invoices are sent via email
Accepted: cash, check, or card
Once payment is received, your quilt will be shipped or ready for pickup.
